The best thing about working at Frankham is the people.

Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and I’ve received a lot of support since joining.

Although I haven’t had a major achievement yet at Frankham, I’m proud of consistently putting in my best effort and delivering high-quality engineering designs as part of the team.
