I am an Associate Director, responsible for providing technical oversight, and business and strategic development in the rail sector.

I joined Frankham in August 2019.

The best thing is the team and its collaborative spirit. There is a level of trust and autonomy in all roles in the team which is very rewarding.

Since starting at Frankham, It has been greatly rewarding seeing the team grow and develop from a handful of people to over 40, delivering a diverse range of projects and receiving positive client feedback.

I would say it’s a dynamic place to work. You will be working on range of projects in the rail and maritime sectors and be exposed to opportunities for you to develop and to work on projects big and small, with a genuinely supportive team.
