My career at Frankham began almost 10 years ago as a young, enthusiastic graduate building surveyor joining the newly opened London office. Frankham is passionate about investing in the next generation of professionals and I have been fortunate to experience this at every stage of my career, from graduation to chartership and beyond. The assistance and encouragement from senior members of the company during my chartership really drove me to succeed during this extremely stressful and pivotal stage of my career.

As the London office expanded I was encouraged and offered the opportunity to grow with it. I was enrolled in the ‘Leadership Management International’ programme which allowed me to understand and develop the skills required to run a profit centre. The drive and ambition of Frankham continues to parallel mine as we aim to exceed our client’s expectations and continue to maintain our growth. I am now happy to be able to offer my experience and knowledge back into the system as an APC supervisor for the next group of young surveyors embarking on their careers within the company.
