Associate Director of Safety Management

Holly has 6 years’ experience in the health and safety sector and 5 years’ experience in the environmental sector. Holly is particularly skilled in CDM and undertakes the Principal Designer role as well as advisory roles for the client. Holly has worked on projects of all sizes with varying degrees of risk, taking projects from design through to practical completion. Holly’s focus is on the management of design risk both during construction and for the future use and management of the building. She also has 4 years’ experience in auditing ISO systems, and regularly reviews systems and processes to determine compliance with relevant legislation.

Holly has extensive experience working with various London Boroughs in live public environments with a good understanding of the sensitivity required. In addition to new build and refurbishment works, she has worked on many projects that have included taking into consideration the surrounding use of the site, including schools, care homes, offices and residential settings.
