Drawings Reviews

On some projects, such as a small extension or reconfiguration, a full fire strategy may not be required.

In these instances, Robson Frankham can potentially carry out a drawing review against the requirements of Part B of the Building Regulations and the relevant supporting guidance documents.

This can be a cost effective way of ensuring the proposed design is compliant. In more complex situations, it is still possible that Building Control, or the Fire Service, may ask for additional documentation to support the design.
