I am a Graduate Civil Engineer in the Infrastructure Engineering team here at Frankham.

I joined Frankham in November 2024.

As a graduate, you are involved in various stages of projects, allowing you to see the project develop and move forward. There are also many opportunities to learn new things including workshops run by our Technical Lead, discussions with other members of staff in the office and being given tasks that push you out of your comfort zone whilst feeling supported by the rest of the team.

I am proud of many things, particularly when I notice myself improving at certain skills and solve problems.

I have learnt so much here and I have never found myself bored. Working in the infrastructure team is also great because whilst I mostly work in the office, there are also plenty of opportunities to go out on site. As a graduate, I have found that I have been able to develop my technical skills such as design calculations whilst in office but also learn more about different structures and structural defects through going on site.
