We ensure that the Client’s brief is fully developed and all deliverables are fully captured, ensuring a robust cost plan is formed which meets with the Client requirements whilst compliant to all current design and funding standards. Our due diligence regime ensures all aspects of potential risk are considered and accounted for through design and specification.
