Working with a good, diversified & friendly team and successfully delivering the contract within compliance. Also, being promoted to Senior Structures Examiner.

I would recommend working within the team as it is friendly, the work is varied, and you can manage/organise your own workload once experience has been gained, giving a lot of autonomy to the way you work best.
