I am an Operations and Administration Coordinator in the Infrastructure Engineering team.

I have been with Frankham Group since April 2025.

What I love most about working here is how approachable everyone is, especially the senior team. It makes it easier to learn, grow and feel supported in whatever I’m working on.

I’ve only been here a couple of months so I haven’t had any big achievements yet, but I’m particularly proud of the how-to guides that I created to support the onboarding process and being able to assist the Infrastructure Engineering team with operational queries and administrative support is rewarding.

I’d say that it’s a place where your efforts are truly appreciated, there is understanding, and it’s a very friendly and positive work environment.
