Before joining Lane & Frankham, Andy successfully managed a division at one of the largest multi-disciplined survey companies in the country. With a remarkable 25 years of experience in the measured survey industry, he stands as one of the leading experts in Area Referencing nationwide.
Andy maintains a strong connection with every project undertaken within the company, promoting a collaborative and consultative approach. He actively engages with clients, ensuring a tailored and seamless delivery of their unique project requirements.
As the Director of the company, I am responsible for overseeing all major decision making processes. My role involves leading the team, ensuring the well-being of staff and managing the overall operations of the workplace to drive success and maintain a positive work environment.
The most rewarding aspect of working here is seeing the team collaborate, especially watching the younger generation contribute and grow within the company.
The biggest achievement for me has been the company’s growth. When we first started, it was just me and my computer. Today, we’ve expanded into a full team offering a wide range of measurement services to an ever-growing number of clients. Seeing how far we’ve come and the impact we’re making is something I’m incredibly proud of.
