Meet Sean
With more than two decades of project management expertise, Sean possesses a wealth of experience. He began his career in the telecommunications sector and transitioned into the field of measured surveying 15 years ago.
As a dedicated member of the Association for Project Management (APM) for the past 15 years, Sean has refined his skills in managing various Area Measurement Projects, including NIA, GIA, and IPMS. His specific role involves overseeing portfolio disposal and acquisition, where he handles measurement and reporting for multiple properties on a national or even European scale, all within stringent time constraints.
As Operations Manager, specialising in area referencing, I oversee the day-to-day running of projects. I manage our sub-contractor pool and image to enhance it in areas where required. Also, I ensure the smooth running of the team and manage internal and external resources.
We are a small, close-knit team who have known each other for a number of years. We help each other to achieve the end goal which ensures successful delivery to the client. As well as this, we are all very flexible and adapt well to any challenges presented.
Having managed large scale portfolios for a number of years, my highlight was managing a large portfolio across the UK and Europe. This involved obtaining a working knowledge of European measuring standards, particularly in France and Germany, pre IPMS.
We are a friendly, fun team who have a great working environment and all work to the same goal of getting the job done.
