Gold accreditation means that we have got the policies in place but more than that, it means everyone – from Chairman to Apprentice takes ownership for making them come to life. We want to thank everyone at Frankham for your contribution and dedication because this is a great achievement for all of us. Only 26% of organisations achieve gold and it means that every single person is involved in supporting each other and is doing their best to make work better.
