Securing permission for various extensions

Frankham Projects has assisted one of our largest retained clients with the expansion and upgrade of a key infrastructure site in Southwest London.

Our planning team secured permission for various extensions to the facility to provide larger floors area, new high voltage power intake, and emergency back-up power facilities, whilst our Projects team have managed the various structural and geotechnical elements of the upgrade works, including floor loadings, structural improvements, and ground investigations.

Completion of the project is due within the next few weeks!
