Frankham Consultancy Group is responsible for the multi disciplined delivery from inception to completion for The Portman Estate Void Refurbishment Framework.

The Portman Estate covers 110 acres of prime real estate within Marylebone, London, W1 and Frankham Consultancy Group works closely with the project teams and Westminster City Council to ensure the Estate is the destination of choice for residents and businesses.

The properties predominantly consist of Grade II Listed Georgian townhouses, converted flats and mews properties, and often achieved within fully occupied buildings. Frankham provides a full multi discipline design service to maximise the rental return on all properties while ensuring alterations and adaptations are implemented sympathetically to the Estate’s rich heritage.

To date the frameworks has successfully completed circa 200 projects with a construction value north of £40m
