Frankham was appointed by Moat Homes to provide Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultancy services for a new build housing development located at the Alkerden quarry site in Ebbsfleet.

The project was a Section 106 package scheme comprising 17 new build residential units: 10 shared ownership flats, 4 shared ownership houses, 2 houses and 1 flat for affordable rent. It also included associated external works and parking facilities.

The project was considered a success and delivered much needed high quality affordable homes. The success of this project paved the way for future build phases between Moat and the developer.

Frankham obtained KPI scoring from Moat Homes for pre and post-contract services, accumulating a combined KPI scoring of 87% which exceeded Moat’s KPI targets of 70%.
