Frankham was appointed to provide Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultancy services for the external and internal refurbishment and upgrade works to an existing block of
residential flats.

The works comprised of:
• Installation of new external wall insulation and associated works
• Renewal of flat roof coverings
• Renewal of windows and external doors
• Renewal of kitchens, bathrooms, heating and fire safety works within tenanted flats
• Communal area refurbishment including redecorations and floor coverings
• Fire safety improvement works and upgrades to the blocks
• Mechanical and electrical upgrades to the blocks
• External landscaping works including improvements to existing car parking, shed stores and refuse facilities.
