This group will offer opportunities for networking, mentorship, and career development, as well as social events to build connections and encourage collaboration.

The construction industry is rapidly growing, along with the number of women in construction related roles. Frankham remains committed to creating a workplace that not only recognises the contribution women make in our industry but embraces and further develops skillsets to support career progression and simultaneously address skill shortages within the sector.
