IFSEC Global Influencers – Fire Safety: One to Watch!

The IFSEC Global Influencers in Security and Fire 2021 have been revealed and we are delighted to announce that Lucy Witts has been recognised as “One to Watch” in Fire Safety!

Lucy is a recognised thought leader within the fire safety sector and has been actively involved in supporting clients with implementing the recommendations following the ‘Building a Safer Future Report’ and providing regular updates on the Fire Safety Act and Building Safety Bill. Lucy started her career as a Technical Fire Safety Inspector for Kent Fire and Rescue Service and has a first-class Master’s degree in Risk Analysis from King’s College London, focusing on the limitations in the enforcement of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

After leaving the fire service she has established herself as an experienced leader within fire risk management. Lucy currently leads the fire consultancy team on behalf of Frankham RMS. Lucy is passionate about fire safety and regularly acts as a guest speaker when presenting to like-minded individuals within the sector. Lucy is keen to improve the competency standards within the industry and has recently set up a Graduate scheme within Frankham RMS.
