Frankham Supports Local Students at Mock Interview Event!

John Powell FRICS, Managing Director at Frankham Risk Management Services, volunteered to participate in mock interview sessions at Eltham Hill Girls School. The interviews form part of the school’s Employability Day and are an invaluable opportunity for Year 10 students to have their first interview experience whilst in the familiar environment of their school.

The interviews lasted 12 minutes and students were asked set interview-style questions. John completed a feedback form for each student and was asked to select one student who he would “hire” in a real life situation. A “You’re Hired” certificate was then awarded to the student by the School Principal in a celebration assembly.

John commented “It was really enjoyable and so beneficial to the students. The year 10’s (14-15 years) were really confident and well prepared, I would have hired more than one.”

Frankham looks forward to supporting more local schools to prepare and guide students as they take their initial steps into further education and the working world!
