Frankham Developments Update

Godstone Update 

Work is commencing at a pace at our development site in Godstone for 8 apartments at Pillarbox House. After some snow, rain and wind throughout the close of 2022 which delayed the project by a small period, the programme has been brought back on track and the site is currently fast approaching the installation of the 2^nd floor.

The completed units will hit the open market this summer and Robert Leech in Oxted (01883 717272) will be acting as selling agent.

Oregon Square, Orpington

Frankham Developments have submitted for planning on their site at Oregon Square in Orpington. The site was acquired unconditionally but had previously benefitted from a consent for 8 houses in a secluded plot within walking distance of Orpington Station and in the catchment area of a number of local schools. The new application looks to reinstate the previous consent with some small adaptations to bring the new properties up to current regulations. The proposal incorporates wheelchair accessible bungalows, in chronic short supply, and four new detached family houses in a new landscaped cul-de-sac arrangement.
