Frankham Consultancy Group & Frankham Risk Management Services have retained their ISO 45001 Certification

We are proud to announce both Frankham Consultancy Group & Frankham Risk Management Services have retained their ISO 45001 Certification following our recent Surveillance Audit.

The Alcumus Auditor found zero major or minor non-conformances & raised three opportunities for improvements which have now been actioned & included in our Health & Safety Management System & wider processes.

Sitting alongside our Certified ISO 9001 (Quality) & Certified ISO 14001 (Environmental) Management Systems, our ISO 45001 Management System provides the framework for how we deliver services to clients all the time ensuring our employees & all those who come into contact with us during the course & furtherance of our business remain safe, healthy and protected at all times.

This year has been especially challenging given the COVID-19 global pandemic, however, as a business we have responded proactively & have drafted & implemented a host of risk management controls & revised our management arrangements to help ensure we keep serving our clients and our staff. The Auditor made reference to our proactive & robust approach to managing infection control risks & was very happy to see a newly introduced section in our Management System dedicated to not only COVID-19 but to pandemic risk management, which we also mirrored in our Business Continuity Plan too.
