Structural Engineering & 3D BIM Design

Our expertise ranges from major new build and refurbishment designs to Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). All design and detailing is undertaken in accordance with current UK and European Design Standards.

Advanced 3D Modelling: Structural designs are progressed in-house utilising advanced 3D modelling software.
BIM Integration: Our expert technicians extract and integrate structural information directly into Revit for use within the BIM environment.

Civil Engineering & SUDS

We engineer the external environment to ensure resilience, compliance, and sustainability.

Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS): Each project is individually assessed for the benefits of SUDS. We use 3D modelling software to design external drainage, site levelling, and pavement designs that lower installation and maintenance costs while achieving high sustainability credentials.

Structural Surveys & Small Works

We support you in maintaining the long-term integrity of your existing buildings and assets, providing robust, innovative remedial solutions and calculations for alterations.

Defect Pathology: Expert diagnosis of wall cracking, subsidence, heave, roof spread, and deformed or sinking floors.
Condition & Damage Surveys: Assessing unsafe structures, as well as fire- and vehicle-damaged buildings.
Small Works & Alterations: Providing structural calculations for simple wall removals, replacement beams/lintels, complex internal alterations, changes of use, and extensions.

RAAC Surveys & Remediation

We operate a dedicated rapid-response team for the identification, assessment, and remediation of defective Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) across public and private sector estates.
