New cladding funding for buildings under 11 metres

New government funding has been announced to support the remediation of unsafe cladding in eligible residential buildings under 11 metres.

For building owners, managing agents and responsible entities, now is the time to start preparing.

A successful application will typically require a compliant Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW) undertaken in accordance with PAS 9980, alongside supporting building safety information.
