His background spans across major national retrofit initiatives, innovation leadership and delivering high‑level client support across public and private sectors.
Before joining Frankham, he developed retrofit strategies, secured major SHDF bids and frameworks, delivered industry training and supported whole‑stock and whole‑town decarbonisation projects. With a blend of strategic insight and technical expertise, he supports clients navigating transitions to low‑carbon solutions.
