Construction of St George’s University Hospital Rooftop Garden

Frankham Group was recently appointed as Quantity Surveyor for the construction of the St George’s University Hospital rooftop garden.

We were proud to see the garden officially opened by Queen Camilla, who praised the new space as “a wonderful job”. The project transformed the existing balconies, replacing the balcony balustrading and turning the terraces into a sanctuary designed for patients recovering from serious brain conditions.

While our role as Quantity Surveyor from initial feasibility through to completion was just one part of a large team effort, helping to bring this to life has been incredibly rewarding!
