Our fourth Frankham Group Annual Staff Conference!

It was a great opportunity for our teams across different offices to get together, collaborate and have fun! We had discussions on our company values and our future ambitions, followed by a fantastic interactive afternoon ran by GOTO Events.

We also took the time to recognise and celebrate the achievements of our people through the launch of our first ever company staff awards!

Congratulations to all of our 2026 winners:
Unsung Hero Award: Pat Saville
Above & Beyond Award: Maria Smith
Rising Star Award: Haniyeh Sanaieian
Living Our Values Award: Drew Carter
Innovation Award: James Leach
Calm Under Pressure Award: Seekiu Tang

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the day such a success.
