Administration, Awards & Dispute Resolution

We manage the entire lifecycle of the Party Wall process from initial notification to final sign-off:

  • Notices: Accurate preparation, service, and acceptance of all required Notices.

  • Schedules of Condition: Thorough site inspections and the preparation of robust Schedules of Condition to protect all parties.

  • Party Wall Awards: Drafting, negotiation, and formal agreement of the Awards.

  • Compliance & Rectification: Proactive monitoring of compliance with Award provisions and expert management of any rectifications or further disputes that arise.
