A fantastic day at our third Frankham Group Annual Staff Conference!

It was a brilliant opportunity for all staff to come together and focus on shaping our future.

We were all inspired by our brilliant guest speakers who each brought a unique perspective to the day:

• Mandy Hickson, the first woman to fly the Tornado GR4 Fighter Jet on the front line, shared her inspirational and powerful story, leaving us all with invaluable lessons on teamwork and leadership.
• Jeremy Brim, Managing Director at Growth Ignition unveiled our new vision and values giving us a clear direction going forward.
• Lenna Cumberbatch, a highly experienced diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategist, led an engaging and interactive presentation on the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
