Tom’s experience in marketing spans over 17 years working in the Middle East and Europe, predominantly in the real estate and construction sectors. His background combines high-level strategy with execution, ranging from the fast-paced, sales-driven marketing during his time in Middle East to the broader commercial and brand strategies he now leads in the UK.

At Frankham, he has been responsible for developing both the marketing team and strategy. He works closely with our leadership team, partners and frameworks to deliver effective marketing campaigns in line with the overall Group strategy.
