Chelvi joined Frankham in 2023 as a Technical Lead within the Infrastructure Team working on critical infrastructure and structural engineering projects.
She has worked as a Structural Engineer in the UK and internationally across major infrastructure projects — including rail, highways and aviation — as well as highly architectural building design, technical review and construction. Over her career, she has developed strong technical expertise alongside excellent problem‑solving, communication and management capabilities, and has contributed through leadership, mentoring, team building and business development.
