Highly competent in all aspects of quantity surveying, he effectively manages project costs and commercial risks, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of each client’s needs and objectives.
His role includes defining and interpreting the client’s expectations in terms of time, quality and cost, and clearly communicating these to the wider team to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of the agreed service.
