With over 20 years in the industry, he specialises in the design, specification, and management of mechanical and electrical systems across the education, residential, and commercial sectors.
As Director, Adam is responsible for the strategic delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring compliance with current standards while driving energy efficiency and operational performance. His technical background covers the full lifecycle of building services, from initial feasibility and condition surveys to detailed design and contract administration.
He has a strong track record in managing large-scale framework agreements and refurbishment programmes, particularly within the education sector, where he has successfully delivered numerous boiler replacements, heating upgrades, and infrastructure improvements for local authorities and academy trusts.
