Tim oversees a broad and diverse client portfolio at Frankham, managing contracts that range from extensive housing stock to major commercial properties. His detailed understanding of each project allows him to deliver a reliable, results‑driven service. In addition, he is responsible for the quality management system and the maintenance of UKAS certification for inspection.
