Saab joined Frankham in 2023 as a Senior Bid Manager, supporting the Group’s multi-disciplinary consultancy teams in securing opportunities across the public and private sectors.
Saab has built an extensive career in bid management and business development, working across construction consultancy, facilities management, infrastructure, healthcare, transport, local government and commercial sectors. Her experience spans the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and strategy development through to the production of high-quality, compliant submissions for complex frameworks and major projects.
Over her career, Saab has developed strong expertise in strategic bidding, proposal development and stakeholder engagement, complemented by excellent communication, project management and leadership skills.
