Nick has led and developed the OPI Southern team delivering operational property inspections for Network Rail. He oversees a 60‑person workforce, manages planning from T‑2 to T‑0, and handles key operational tasks including change requests, ATRs, call offs, forecasting and budgeting, while also driving staff training and process improvement.
He has delivered major projects on time and within budget, managed inspections across more than 450 stations in Kent, Sussex, and Anglia, and overseen a £2.5m work bank. Nick ensures performance targets are met through effective planning and leadership.
