Marc has over 15 years’ experience in the fire safety sector. He joined Frankham Risk Management Services in July 2023 as Interim Head of Fire Consultancy and was promoted to Associate Director in early 2024. A self‑motivated and highly resourceful professional, Marc brings extensive technical expertise in all aspects of fire assessment within the as‑built environment.
He has a strong track record in recruiting, training and leading teams, consistently achieving and exceeding business targets to drive sales, profitability and operational efficiency. Marc has in‑depth knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Fire Safety Act 2021 and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022. He also has a solid understanding of LACORS guidance, Fire Safety in Purpose-Built Flats, DCLG guides, and experience implementing the BAFE SP205 Scheme.
