With over 30 years of experience as a property management professional, John is a highly respected authority in compliance and risk management consultancy. His deep technical expertise allows him to advise executive management teams across Central Government, Social Landlords, the NHS, and the Metropolitan Police Service, helping them navigate complex legislative requirements and implement robust safety and business continuity strategies.
Beyond his consultancy work, John actively shapes industry standards. He serves as an Examiner for the RICS Professional Assessment in Building Surveying, sits on the steering group for the British Quality Foundation (Business Continuity), and acts as a Partner for the HSE Asbestos Awareness Campaign.
