Ash is a Director and Head of Infrastructure Engineering at Frankham, leading the strategic growth, performance and development of the department. With over 19 years’ experience in civil and structural engineering, he provides senior leadership across our rail, maritime, highways and wider infrastructure services.
A Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Chartered Manager (CMgr), Ash combines strong technical expertise with commercial, operational and people leadership. His career has been grounded in design, assessment, inspection and asset management, giving him a practical understanding of the challenges faced by clients and project teams.
Ash is also a qualified Contractor’s Engineering Manager (CEM) and Contractor’s Responsible Engineer (CRE) for Network Rail. He leads major multidisciplinary frameworks, develops long-term client relationships and builds high-performing teams committed to technical excellence, dependable delivery and lasting client value.
