Ashkan is an exceptional project delivery specialist who leads Frankham’s Infrastructure Engineering team. With over 17 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, he is one of our key experts in the rail and highway sectors.
He holds dual Charterships as both an Engineer (CEng) and a Manager (CMgr), demonstrating a rare combination of deep technical skill and proven project leadership. His strong background in bridge inspection, assessment, and design is central to our infrastructure services.
Ashkan is a qualified Contractor’s Engineering Manager (CEM) and Contractor’s Responsible Engineer (CRE) for Network Rail, with experience in successfully delivering and managing complex, multi-disciplinary frameworks and reactive works across the UK rail network.
