Frankham Risk Management Services achieved 1st Place on Lot 9: Fire Risk Assessors, South & East regions on The Hyde Group Building and Fire Safety Framework which is managed by Pretium Frameworks on behalf of The Hyde Group. We were also successful on Lots 3, 6 & 7!

Today is the official first day to access this innovative Framework, designed to ensure best practice and customer service is at the heart of its offer whilst adapting to meet the diverse and changing needs across the various sectors it operates.

Speaking at the recent launch event, John Powell FRICS – Managing Director at Frankham Risk Management Services, commented on the significant benefits that the Framework offers both The Hyde Group and Framework users. The Direct Selection call-off arrangement and sliding scale fee structure ensures users will not over-pay on percentage Framework levy fees.
