Andrews Court Retirement Scheme

Frankham has supported various activities at Andrews Court retirement living scheme in Swanley. Our donation of garden furniture with a parasol has enabled residents to enjoy their garden in shade.

Lewisham Council Home Comforts Project

Frankham made a £1,000 contribution to support the Lewisham Council Home Comforts project. This is a resident led initiative that provides practical support like carpets, curtains and essential household items.

Lane & Frankham Work Experience Event

Lane & Frankham invited 4 young people to the office for an immersive work experience event. We ran field surveying and CAD exercises to give the students an overview of what a career in surveying would entail.

Amburs Varney Work Experience Placement

During his work experience placement with FRMS, Amburs carried out onsite inspections and completed a Type 4 Fire Risk Assessment.

The Avenues Youth Project Donation

Frankham made a £1,000 financial contribution to The Avenues Youth Project – a community hub in North Westminster.
This money will support the provision of community and engagement resource to deliver gardening and music projects for young people throughout the summer.
Brighton Youth Careers Event

Kate Giddins joined Social Value and Community representatives at the Youth Careers Event at the Brighton Centre conference.
They delivered 5 sessions to over 50 young people, encouraging them to work as a team, develop their communication and leadership skills, and think outside of the box.
Generation Stevenage 2026

The Riverside Group Community Centres

Frankham purchased 92 chairs and 10 tables for 3 community centres in the LB of Tower Hamlets. The furniture will enable these facilities to be used as an activity hub, bringing great value to the community.

Work Experience Placement

Frankham Group had the pleasure of Hamda Daahir joining us on a paid work placement – Social Value for our client, Camden Council.
Hamda mostly worked alongside our team at Robson Frankam. She was able to experience the day to day life of a Fire Engineer through participating in client meetings and site visits.
Chis & Sid Grammar School Apprenticeship Event

ABC Book Club Donation – Vigo Primary

Frankham Group funded the collecting, sorting, delivering and installing of over 1000 books for Vigo Primary School library.
Many children in the UK don’t have access to a school library – ABC Book Club provide great quality pre-loved and new books, and build bespoke libraries that children are excited to visit.
Kingston University Apprenticeship Event

Theodore Batchelor and Naved Aboobakar attended Kingston University to take part in their Question Time panel for students in years 10-13.
As well as discussing the importance and benefits of apprenticeships, the panel focused on promoting degree apprenticeships, specifically in the career routes of Civil Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
Threshers Nursery Christmas Donation

Frankham Group staff and tenants donated 120 gifts and £500 to Threshers Day Nursery.
These donations ensure that every child at the nursery get to open a present on Christmas Day and families enjoy festive treats that they would otherwise be unable to afford.
Beths Apprenticeship Event

Frankham attended the Beths Grammar School Apprenticeship Event to showcase the opportunities that apprenticeships at Frankham can offer the next generation.
Students and parents were very engaged and there was interest across all areas of the construction industry.
Engineering Everyone Workshops

Frankham Group visited Athelney Primary School to give an interactive engineering workshop to KS1 and KS2 students, as well as parents!
Activities included drawing everyday objects in tension and compression, dressing like an engineer and a structure-building competition using newspapers and cable ties.
Beech Community Hub Oven Donation

Science Café – Frith Manor School

Frankham Group visited Frith Manor Primary School to talk to young students about the world of Civil Engineering.
They explored key concepts like forces and tension whilst engaging in a bridge building activity. The children used paper to create different shapes and tested how much weight their bridges could hold.
ABC Book Club Donation – Cherry Orchard School

Careers Fair – Beths Grammar School

Two of our apprentices joined Frankham after being introduced to us at their own careers fair at Beths Grammar School.
They returned to Beths career fair this year to share their experiences as apprentices and to raise awareness of the careers available in our industry.
Public Service & Civic Duty
We encourage our team members to be active and contribute to the wider social fabric.
Dedicated Time Off: We allow staff time off to perform essential Public Service duties.
Community Roles: This includes supporting our people as they serve the community as Magistrates, Tribunal Members, or School Governors.
National Service: We provide flexibility for staff members involved in Territorial Army (TA) training and other civic responsibilities.
