Richard is the Chief Financial Officer of the Frankham Group. He joined the business in 2026 following the investment from LDC and has over 25 years’ experience in senior finance roles in high growth businesses.
Richard has held a number of CFO roles within private equity backed businesses and has been recognised with industry awards as part of a management team and individually as Finance Director. He has led finance organisations through rapid growth, transformation programmes, and complex change, building systems and teams that scale efficiently.
Within Frankham, Richard has responsibility for driving financial strategy, value creation, and delivery across the business. He partners closely with the executive team to scale performance and support growth initiatives.
