With more than 18 years of industry experience, Nik leads Frankham’s project management service with a strong focus on programme delivery and risk management. He oversees a broad range of supporting services, including quality monitoring, procurement and dispute resolution.
Nik provides strategic oversight across all our projects and manages a dedicated portfolio centred on building safety, an area he is deeply passionate about. His extensive cross‑sector project management experience, combined with consistently high standards, gives clients the confidence and assurance needed to achieve successful outcomes.
