Richard is the Director of Surveying and Project Management at Frankham, bringing over 30 years of industry experience to the leadership team. He is responsible for overseeing the surveying and project management divisions across the Group, ensuring exceptional delivery within all major sectors.
As a Fellow of the RICS (FRICS) and a highly qualified Project Manager, Richard possesses deep technical knowledge spanning project development, value engineering, and contract management. He has a proven track record of acting as Construction Manager and Project Lead on complex, multi-million-pound public sector and residential developments.
Beyond his project work, Richard is a recognised leader in industry training and development. Having previously Chaired the Board of the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust, he was instrumental in developing the Surveying Apprenticeship with the Government. He has personally mentored and trained over 200 assistant surveyors and continues to champion graduate and apprenticeship development within Frankham.
