Sean joined Lane & Frankham in June 2014 after accumulating almost eight years of project management experience, having previously worked across the telecoms industry and other market sectors. Over the course of his career, he has successfully delivered a wide range of large portfolio projects throughout the UK and Europe.
At Lane & Frankham, Sean builds strong client relationships and oversees the operations and delivery of projects. He ensures each project is completed on time and within budget, providing a high‑quality, efficient service aligned with best‑practice processes and techniques.

Getting to know
What is your role?
As Operations Manager, specialising in area referencing, I oversee the day-to-day running of projects. I manage our sub-contractor pool and image to enhance it in areas where required. Also, I ensure the smooth running of the team and manage internal and external resources.
What is the best thing about working here?
We are a small, close-knit team who have known each other for a number of years. We help each other to achieve the end goal which ensures successful delivery to the client. As well as this, we are all very flexible and adapt well to any challenges presented.
What’s been your biggest achievement and proudest moment so far at work?
Having managed large scale portfolios for a number of years, my highlight was managing a large portfolio across the UK and Europe. This involved obtaining a working knowledge of European measuring standards, particularly in France and Germany, pre IPMS.

We are a friendly, fun team who have a great working environment and all work to the same goal of getting the job done.
