Jason is the Group Commercial Director at Frankham Group, serving as a key member of the Executive Board. He is responsible for initiating and leading group-wide change initiatives designed to accelerate growth, improve commercial performance, and enhance the quality of service and profitability.
With a highly authoritative legal background (holding an LLM from UCL and having completed the Solicitors Professional Examination), Jason oversees all commercial matters within the group, including complex contractual negotiations. He also leads the HR, IT, Commercial, and Legal Services divisions, continuously working to streamline operations, improve strategic focus, and coordinate the group’s annual 5-year business planning.
