Profile
Richard is the Chief Executive Officer of the Frankham Group. Having joined the practice over three decades ago as a Building Surveyor, he has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success. He previously served as Group Managing Director from 2008 before taking on the role of CEO.
As CEO, Richard is responsible for the overarching strategic direction and day-to-day management of the business, ensuring that an effective managerial structure is maintained to meet the demands of both clients and the industry. He maintains a constant overview of resources, workload, client satisfaction, and profitability, ensuring that Frankham’s multidisciplinary teams deliver world-class engineering and consultancy projects on time and to budget.
Despite his executive leadership responsibilities, Richard retains deep technical expertise. He has acted as Project Director for some of the firm’s highest-profile work, particularly in the heritage and government sectors, where his ability to relate to stakeholders at national and regional levels has been instrumental.
