Frankham Consultancy Group is proud to have an integral dedicated team who have provided professional services under the CDM Regulations since 1994. Our capacity in this regard has grown within the company from conception to where we are today.
Frankham has not only thrived in providing services as Principal Designer, Adviser to the Principal Designer and the non-regulatory role of Adviser to the Client, but we have also developed our proficiencies and have obtained accreditations with the Association for Project Safety (APS) of APS Registered Practice as a Design Practice, a Principal Designer Practice and as a CDM Adviser Practice. Our specialist in-house team has over 106 years combined industry experience and has also achieved numerous individual qualifications and memberships to many professional bodies and institutions, including Incorporated Members of the Association of Project Safety (IMaPS).
Within our Client groups we have provided CDM related services on a multitude of new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects across the following sectors; planned maintenance and decent homes schemes, extensions, primary, secondary and special educational needs schools. We have serviced brownfield sites, improvement schemes within hospitals, police stations, ambulance stations, welfare centres, universities, hospitals, laboratories, pumping stations, PFS’s, rail infrastructure and station services, inclusive of trackside schemes. Our projects range from inner city sites to urban, suburban, rural and coastal locations both occupied and vacant all over the United Kingdom.
Our key role within the project team has always been to make the scheme safer to construct, utilise, occupy and maintain and our years of experience and understanding mean that we can assist and guide Clients, Designers and Principal Contractors in undertaking their regulatory roles and achieving their responsibilities under the 2015 Regulations.
