We were instructed by our clients to seek development opportunities within a set area either benefitting from an existing planning consent or with the potential to be promoted through the planning process.
The site at Lower Barn Road was identified as being owned by the local Golf Club and potentially to be disposed of. Financial development appraisals were undertaken on the property for the benefit of the client to establish a residual lane value that the site could be acquired for whilst maintaining the required profit levels.
A deal was agreed with the Golf Club and Frankham Projects handled the project through due diligence and acquisition through to the funding of the project through an agreed finance facility to start on site.
