Frankham Consultancy Group has been appointed as consultants to the Royal Free Hampstead NHS framework for Architectural services. The Trust’s main site consists of a 15 storey tower block, constructed in the early 1970s, with a range of ancillary buildings of varying ages.
The Trust also operates from the Royal National Nose, Throat and Ear Hospital at Kings Cross and provides a range of services from a number of other sites, some within other Trusts.
Frankham’s Architects are one of six successful practices who are appointed to deliver the Trust’s vision, strategy and capital programme over the framework term and we are looking forward to working collaboratively with the Trust and their appointed consultants.
Over the next few years the Trust plans to carry out a number of Capital Works programmes such as work to ensure that all wards and departments are compliant with fire and other statutory regulations, other ward and theatre refurbishments, further plant replacement/refurbishments and other improvements designed to ensure that the Trust remains at the forefront of healthcare provision.
