South East Consortium framework appointment

We are pleased to announce our successful appointment to the South East Consortium Consultancy Services Framework to provide Employer’s Agent, Principal Designer and Planning services.

Any public sector organisation can access the 12 lots on the framework and can appoint either direct award to Rank 1, or Mini Competition. For Lot 1: Employers Agent services, we are proud to have secured the top rank.

SEC was established in 2005 and retains its heritage by being a Membership organisation owned by 39 Housing Associations and Local Authorities. The Members own approximately 400k homes between them.
